Registration Fees

Your Registration Fee includes the Welcome Reception, and morning and afternoon comfort breaks with coffee and tea served.

In order for ISI/Associations’ individual and organisational members to receive the registration fee for members you must have paid the current year’s membership fee. For organisational members, please contact the ISI Membership Team to find out the number of employees who may register for the ISI & Association member fee.

Early bird fee is from 15 November 2025 - 16 February 2026. Payment must be received before these dates.

*The Retired member categories only apply to current ISI and ISI Association members. If you are not a member but retired, you will pay the Non-member registration fee that is applicable to your country of residence.

**A full-time Student must be enrolled at an educational institution for the academic school year(s) 2025-2026.
